The striking circular building offers views from every angle and has just two homes per floor, for a total of 43, plus retail spaces on the ground floor. 

Ovation has a stunning pool deck with a putting green and private cabanas, a fitness center, 24-hour security and concierge, secure bike storage, and various communal rooms, all of which are overseen by an active condo owners' association. These include a reservable social room with a catering kitchen, executive meeting rooms, and a quiet card room with a library. 

Spacious units have two- or three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath layouts and a minimum of 3,600 square feet, while the four penthouses range in size from 5,330–7,320 square feet. The selling prices for the Ovation's share of waterfront homes are usually between $1.2–$6.9 million, though finding an available condo is a rarity. Like Vinoy Place, condos here have private elevators with key-only access.

400 Beach Drive

Located in the heart of one of St. Petersburg's best neighborhoods just across Beach Drive from the Vinoy condos, it's hard to beat the location of these luxury condos. The building overlooks North Straub Park, the North Yacht Basin, and the St. Pete Pier, and is within easy walking distance of some of the city's best restaurants, bars, and shopping. 

Some of the standout amenities residents enjoy at 400 Beach Drive include climate-controlled underground parking spaces, a fourth-floor resort level with a heated pool and spa and fitness center, a billiards room, a community herb garden, onsite dry cleaning services, and a 24-hour concierge. All condos include two assigned parking spaces, at least one terrace, garden tubs, and indoor climate-controlled storage rooms. Art House is a 42-story condominium building downtown created by the same developer as ONE St Petersburg. As the building's name implies, even its design is striking. Sleek, shiny, and commanding attention, the mostly glass facade houses 244 condos, including 12 penthouses. There are eight floor plans to choose from, ranging from 1,339 to 2637 square feet. Penthouses all have three bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, ranging from 3,967 to 4,847 square feet.

The Beacon on 3rd

Another excellent condo building in downtown St. Petersburg, The Beacon on 3rd offers a rare combination of luxury amenities, a fantastic location, and affordability. Listing prices for these Pinellas County homes start at considerably less than $300,000 for one-bedroom, one-bath units and increase to just over $510,000 for larger two-bedroom, two-bath units with a little over 1,000 square feet. 

The building is on the southern edge of downtown, right next to the University of South Florida's St. Pete campus. It's also a short walk to bustling Beach Drive and the waterfront, but just far enough removed that you enjoy some tranquility from your home. At one time, the 10-story building was the tallest in the city!
